![]() I was really happy that the breads were amazing. I rather enjoyed the breads since it has been a long time I had breads. Recently I have started adding carbs in my diet and I felt that I should taste these, as I was skeptical to serve Sruti with barley. I served it along with butter and tomato sauce. If you pat the dough thin, you will get nice crunchy rieska, but with a little thicker discs, you will get soft rieska. Today’s version combines barley and potato, so the author stopped with the name Rieska. They are served warm with butter and consumed with milk. BAsed on the ingredient used, rieska comes in four varieties. Perunarieska made with potato, Ohrarieska made with barley, Ruisrieska made with rye and Ruisrieska made with milk. With potato as the base, this flat bread was so different from the normal all purpose ones. My sister, Kate, my boyfriend, Jake, and my friend, Kris, are my favorite travel partners. I still do my best to travel as much as possible. ![]() I don't have much time in my life for hobbies at the moment (sigh), but I seem to recall that I used to like reading, going to see musical performances, and watching movies. I do usually find time every day to cook something for myself with the help of this site, and to exercise (to counteract the effects of the great recipes I find here). I also work as a therapist at the campus clinic, teach a class (Social Psychology this semester), and work as a research assistant. ![]() When I'm not at my computer or in the kitchen, I'm working toward my PhD in clinical psychology from Kent State. ![]() I'm pretty sure I haven't left the computer since then.I've been completely sucked in by this site! Of course, I do take the occasional break to actually cook the recipes I find. I wandered onto Recipezaar less than a year ago, looking for a lentil soup recipe. ![]()
